Baha'i National Center

A unified communication system across editorial, digital, and live platforms

Impact & System

One system across all communication channels

Applied across editorial, digital, campaigns, livestreams, and internal tools

Clarity across complex communication

Transformed dense editorial content, national data, and multi-team messaging into formats that are readable, navigable, and consistent across platforms

Developed templates and frameworks enabling teams to create aligned materials independently, replacing fragmented design output with a shared system

A system used across teams

Consistency across contributors

Established a visual language that works across multiple teams, content types, and environments—without limiting flexibility or creativity

Context

The Bahá’í National Center produces a high volume of content across editorial, digital, campaigns, and national events.

This work was happening across multiple teams without a shared structure, making it difficult to maintain clarity and alignment.

The need wasn’t just for design—it was for a system that could support communication at scale.

Approach

This work focused on building a system—not individual deliverables.

This system was designed to:

  • Work across editorial, digital, and live environments

  • Structure complex information

  • Scale across teams

  • Function without ongoing design support

What This Work Represents

This work shifts design from output to infrastructure.

By creating systems instead of isolated deliverables, the work supports long-term communication needs—allowing the organization to grow, adapt, and communicate with clarity over time.
